What if the path to true joy is not getting people to serve us, but becoming like Jesus and serving others?
In this passage, Paul points us to the ultimate example of humility: Jesus Christ. Though He existed in the form of God, He willingly humbled Himself, took the form of a bond-servant, became obedient to the point of death, and was ultimately exalted above every name.
Jesus was called to bow and chosen to serve. And if we are His followers, His humility should shape the way we live, love, serve, and unite as His church. Key Passage: Philippians 2:1-11

Childrens director search team
8/27/26 UPDATE! The Children’s Director Search Team is continuing its search for the next Children’s Director at FBC Belle Glade. Current Status: We currently have 7 applicants under consideration. Each Search Team member will review the applicants and select their top three candidates. The team will then prayerfully evaluate those selections and determine the candidates to move forward in the process. The Search Team also plans to interview the top three candidates selected as part of the next stage of the search process. Next Search Team Meeting: 📅 September 20, 2026 ⏰ 12:15 PM We appreciate your prayers as the Search Team seeks God’s direction and wisdom throughout this important process

Football Breakfast
We’re excited to begin our weekly FBC Football Breakfast for the Glades Central Raiders! Volunteers will meet at 5:00 a.m. to prepare and serve breakfast to the high school football team. More importantly, this ministry gives us an opportunity to share the Gospel, encourage the players, and show them the love of Christ. Introducing the Renewed Vision of His Provision
We are excited to share the renewed vision for His Provision, a food and clothing ministry of First Baptist Church of Belle Glade. Through this ministry, we desire to meet practical needs while sharing the hope, dignity, and love found in Jesus Christ. His Provision will serve our community every Saturday by providing food, clothing, prayer, and an encouraging message from God’s Word. Saturday Schedule Doors Open — 7:00 AM Chapel Begins — 7:30 AM Food and Clothing Distribution — 7:45 AM We invite our church family to pray for this ministry, help spread the word, and join us as we serve our neighbors with compassion and the love of Christ.
